Refund policy

  • General Refund Policy

    • All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an error was made by Dasha Services in processing the order.
    • Refunds are not available if you have used the software or hardware product after purchase.
    • Dasha Services reserves the right to discontinue subscriptions at any time without issuing refunds or guarantees regarding future access.

     

    1. Account and Service Violations

    • Accounts found engaging in activities such as sharing, selling subscriptions, or manipulating the software will be permanently banned with no refund.
    • Any attempt to bypass security features, including hardware locks, will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

    2. Service Termination

    • Subscriptions may be terminated by Dasha Services at any time without warning or liability.
    • “Lifetime” or “Forever” subscriptions grant access as long as the specific service is available. Once terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
    • If software requires you to reinstall your operating system, no refund will be issued, but support will be provided to assist with the process.
